imagine, working and trying to be as fast as you can to make a pizza from the dough right up to serving the pizza, HOT, in the shortest time ever. it takes alot of training and time to get it right. perfectly cooked and brown pizza. no burns, perfectly 10inch ROUND. 3weeks of working and im getting there, closer n closer day by day.
worst of all, when there are 6pizzas waiting to be done, 2 in the oven and 3more new orders coming in. ur working ur ass off to keep up with the timing..10mins max is the time im 'given' to start from fresh pizza dough from the fridge to a pizza with toppings, which come in randomly from turkey ham special to smoked duck to seafood pizza to smoked salmon to pepperoni and back to turkey ham again. among the few pizzas i make daily. its tiring. honestly. my body aches from palms to biceps and triceps to lower back and feet!
when it all seems like a fucked up day with so many people wanting to eat pizza, its nice when someone comes in, asks whos the new pizza chef and compliments that the pizza she ate was nice. like duh, u gotta see who made it, OK?! =) but dear ma'am, thanks for the compliments but unfortunatly, you're not the first. i had a few compliments in the past few days. good job sTp.
its also best to know that, even when this is my first job, a freshee like me has got more brains then other uneducated little fucks. i need not elaborate more. its just plain work orgasm at the end of the day, i know ive spent rm100+k and the past 4years of higher education has came to good use.
and when people compliment the chef who made the pizza. thanking you.
stp wants to go bald. ok? can la... can or not?
